Job description
Sales Account Manager:
- - Handling of outgoing contact with our customers (registered users, FTD and existing players), also
incoming calls, emails, messages, call backs etc. for our current and subsequent brands.
- - Performing KPI of this position
- - Conducting research on problems and resolving complaints
- - Assisting our customers with financial, functional and technical problems and inquiries from start to finish
- - Acquiring knowledge of our products (casino, live casino)
- - Knowing of all regulations / procedures / processes / instructions
- - Working effectively on customer activation, retention and reactivation
- - Analyzing profiles, financial performance and gaming activity
- - Being up-to-date with promotions, competitions and special offers that we promote to our customers
- - Tracking news in the field of gambling, knowledge of mechanics / specifics of games
- - Passing weekly / monthly testing for product knowledge / regulations / instructions
- - Compliance with timings of responses to incoming requests
- - Observance of deadlines of accomplishment tasks
- - Preparing reports from the analysis of data
- - Ensure delivery of exceptional Customer Service at all times
